Skincare – Travelling by Plane

This post should be helpful for those of you who are travelling by plane anytime soon, and for future air travel!

I always notice that after I fly, my skin is in a pretty horrendous state- dry, flaky and just plain (excuse the pun!) dull looking. A couple of weeks ago, I flew to Barcelona to visit a friend, and was determined to do my research on how to keep my skin in tip top condition on the plane, so that I could emerge on the other side feeling good about how I looked!

Manuka Honey cleanser/mask for acne prone skin

When I was working in a health food store a few years ago, Manuka Honey started appearing on the shelves all of a sudden. As part of our training, we had to read up and study the facts about the products we were selling, and so I came to know all about this honey and it's amazing properties. I always remember one man that came into the store who told me about his son that was continuously catching colds and flus. They decided to start giving him a tablespoon of manuka honey a day and he actually stopped getting sick.

Natural skincare routine, morning time

My skincare routine in the morning is a lot more simple than my night time one. And let's face it, who wants to spend too much time prepping your face in the morning when you're half asleep, I know I don't!

I like to cleanse, tone, moisture, and use an SPF, and here's how I complete these steps, using only natural products of course.
